1 General Terms

3.2 Password and Account Security

3.3 Shared Device Use

Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network may generally be treated as having multiple accounts. If more than one family member uses separate devices, it is advisable to inform us.

4 Account Verification

9bet game may at any time request proof of identity or address for account verification. This may occur before processing a withdrawal, before a bonus is claimed, or for security reasons.

Acceptable forms of identity include: National ID (NID), passport or driving licence. A bank statement or mobile banking transaction record may also be used for address verification.

If a verification request is not responded to, withdrawal processing may be temporarily put on hold. Normal service will resume once verification is complete.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 9bet game is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

When making a deposit, you must enter the correct amount and the specified payment reference. The user is responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.3 Before Withdrawing Bonus Funds

Before withdrawing earnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement for each bonus is described in the bonus section.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers on 9bet game are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you also agree to the individual terms of that bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
• A bonus may only be used by the account holder it was issued to.
• A bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• Winnings earned through a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• If a bonus is deliberately misused, the account may be suspended.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 9bet game:

7.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless there is evidence of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed. Please review your bet carefully before placing it.

7.2 Incorrect Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed for any reason, 9bet game reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

7.3 Cancelled or Postponed Matches

7.4 Suspicious Results

If there is suspicion of match-fixing regarding the result of any match or game and credible evidence is found, the relevant bets may be put on hold.
